i dont really have a question..but i thought it would be nice to share with you something my 6 yr. old said today that just made my monday so much less chaotic..

she was staring out the window and she says "it's boring here. i thought it was gonna be all bright and sunny."
she said "if i was mrs.god i would tell god to make it sunny.
i said mrs.god?
she said "yah you know gods wife!"
hahahah
she is adorable
they should add a section where we could share things our children say..just to get a good laugh...
but please feel free to share your childs one liners!!!!
:)

What a great idea!

I buy those Kandoo Wipes (fresh berry scent) for my daughter after she goes poo. One day my husband came downstairs after she'd gone and was looking really confused. He said she wiped then asked "Daddy what does my butt smell like?" When he said he didn't know she yelled "FRESH BERRIES!"

This is more about the funny things our kids do I have a 6 month old boy who is teething and anything that fits in his mouth goes in. The other day I heard my cat crying in his room (thet are both wonderful with him neather one has tried to scratch him once). I went in to see what was going on thinking they where playing rough with each other. I saw my male cat in my son's crib and my son had a hold of him and was tring his hardest to get any part of him in his mouth. My cat just looked at me with this look of desperation like please get me out of here. After prying my son's hands off the cat I put the cat on the floor, he still hasn't been near my son since.

That is funny! I love hearing cute kid stories too. I agree - there should be a place on this website just for things like this. Since we're sharing, I have a cute one from my 4 yr old daughter. I am expecting and we have been talking about it to her a lot recently. She has been convinced from the beginning that she is going to have a baby brother named Gracie. We don't know if it's a boy or girl yet and have never discussed the name Gracie, so we have no idea where she is getting it from. Anyway, while trying to explain to her that a brother named Gracie was out of the question she became really frustrated w/ us. She asked, "Well, mommy... what IS it's name?" When I told her I didn't know, she looked at me with a straight face, kindof upset and said very bluntly, "Well, ask it!" Gotta love the innocence. Keep these stories coming - I LOVE hearing other mom's cute stories.

I LOVE KID STORIES!! Last Saturday my 4 yr old watched "Baby Geniuses" on t.v. Sunday morning we had a hard time explaining that Pastor at church would not be talking about the baby genius, but baby JESUS! I'm not sure who laughed harder, me, my husband, or the Pastor. Keep the stories coming, we could all use a good laugh in our hectic lives.

I have a son who will be 4 in 2 months, and a daughter who will be 6 on june, im preg with my 3rd child. My son is the baby, even amongst my sisters' children. He wants it to be a girl, I said but what if its a boy (we dont know yet), he said its a girl, and I said what if its a boy, I said we have lots of girls in our family wouldnt it be nice if its a boy too.. He said " We dont have enough girls, I am the boy, it will be a girl"..and then I said but you will get to be a big brother.. he said " I will be the big brother baby!" Then my daughter we just moved into a new house, our last one had a garbage disposal this one doesnt. When she was done with her dinner I told her to put her dish in the sink.. she said I still have food on my plate, I said thats ok, Ill get it. She said mom, (with her hands on her hip) it cant go in the sink, it doesnt have a "eater" in there. LOL !!! I couldnt stop laughing

After I had gall bladder surgery in December my 3 year old (a couple weeks from turning 4 at the time) told me I better get back to work and make some money. I said Mommy has been sick and I am taking time off. She says, Won't you get fired? I said No honey, my boss knows. She said, "Are you sure..did you call him to check?" lol!! Nothing like being grilled by a pre-schooler!!

She also told us that same day that she didn't want a generic barbie!Kids are so funny gotta love em!!

My 11 year old cracked me and my husband up the other day. She was outside w/dad and says "hurry up I'm freezing my badonk adonk off". I'm guessing she picked this up from that country song! I'm still laughing about it!

When I was pregnant with my second daughter, my then 4 year old asked if it was a boy or a girl. We already knew it was a girl, but I asked her what she thought. She said that it was a girl. I asked what if it's a boy, then she said that "that would be a shame" I asked why, and she said "well then we'll have to take him to the Humane Society, But it's ok because they are really nice and will take good care of him and find him a good home in the country" (One of our friends had just taken her cat there) We laughed sooo h*** o* that one. We finally let her in on it being a girl, and boy was she relieved!! The little one, now 3 has some real woppers!! I'll have to send them in.

One of my favorites was when my son was 3 I told him he could do something tomorrow.
He asked me "is that one marrow or two marrow's"

My daughter always runs by the bathroom and tells my son “I see your naked butt” and giggles. One night when I was getting out of the bath and I was running water for hers I was getting dressed as she was getting un-dressed. She said “Mommy, I see your naked butt” I told her I could see her naked butt too. She came back with “but mine is tinny” I thought I was going to die.

I am a mom of a just turned 2 year old with another on the way in Sept. but my funny kids story comes from being an elem. music teacher for 6 yrs. One day in one of my first gd classes I was getting ready to ask a question. I was so tired of kids raising their hands before I even asked the question, that I blurted out the first thing that came to mind...I said "What is the capital of Arizonia?" (why Arizonia I have no idea), but every hand shot back down except for one that shot up even higher. Puzzled looking I called on the little boy that proceeded to tell me..."A". All I could say (almost ready to die laughing) was "Yes, Arizonia starts with a capital A" HAHAHAHAH!!!!
