I think its something like Hugs and Kisses from the mr. and mrs. and you wrap a hug and a kiss in tulle with the note printed out with it.

Hi Michelle,

I make homemade super cute cake products. They are very popular at showers, birthday parties and as gifts. How many are you looking for? I can give you a great rate as my business is just starting up and I would love the advertisement.

Send me an email at ____@____.com and I can send you pictures.....if your interested!

An easy one is to go to Sams and get the big thing of lifesaver rolls or tic tacs and put your name or monogram on it with the phrase "Meant to be"
OR do
flower seed packets with a label talking about planting a new garden with a sweet poem about it.
We made a CD of our friends and families "songs" like my husband and I are "It had to be you" which was a huge hit but it depends on how many you need if this is feasible.
Good luck and blessings on your marriage!

Since most people don't keep the wedding favors, I made origami fortune squares with loving words instead of colors. I printed them on pretty scrapbook paper and used them as place cards by printing our names and date on one side and their name on the opposite side. Everyone had fun at the tables playing with them and reading their fortunes inside.

That's exactly what I did for my wedding. It was cute. My wedding colors were lilac and royal purple and the dark hershey's kisses are purple, so I used those with while tulle, and purple ribbon to tie them off. We also had little floating candles in some simple dollar store glass containers with purple rocks on the bottom.
My friend did glasses with beta fish in them. It was really neat.

We bought little votives and printed a picture of my husband and me with a thank you note next to the picture. Very easy and inexpensive.

A wedding I went to the favor was the bride and groom gave to a charity in our name and on the table was the card with a thank you for attending and I cannot remember how they did it but it advised we have given to XXX Charity in your name for sharing out day with us. I thought is was extremely cool and how sweet to honor their guest at their wedding. You could even just set two kisses to each card and say your love for us has been shared with XXX charity in honor of you our special guest. Thank you for your love for us today. (something like this!) This day and time it is so much more practical.

I have seen a candy bar where guests were allowed to fill up a little goodie bag with their choice of candy. The candies were in different sized glass cylinders with silver scoops. It was really cute!

I have always liked the idea of getting a little bag of edible treats instead of a little gift that I may not keep. For example at a friend's wedding we got wine glasses with their name and wedding date printed on them. I am sure they paid alot for all of them and we have not used them. :(

Congratulations on your wedding! Whatever you decide will be great. Everyone is there to see you & your fiance. Not get a gift!!

Best Wishes,
T.

I went to a wedding and they had a larger size sugar cookie with icing on the top in the couple's initials, wrapped up in pretty celophane (sp.?) with curly ribbon. Very cute and yummy to take home.
