Hair Salon for 2 1/2 Year Old?

There is a super cuts on decatur and charleston, right across the street from bluberry hill. They may not have all the cool gadgets for them to play with there, but the stylist are very patient and friendly. I took my son to cool cuts once and I didn't really like it. By the time he started playing the video game he was done, so he wasn't happy about that. Plus I thought they charged too much for a kids hair cut. (almost 20 bucks! Super cuts is about $12) I think there is also another one on decatur between spring mt and twain, on the east side of the street. Good luck

There's a place on Craig Rd. & Valley (NLV) called Cool Cuts 4 Kids. They have video ganes for the kids to play while they're getting their hair cut.

Hi there is a great one owned by 2 sweet sisters called vute cuts for kids on sunset in Henderson I dont know the phone # but can get it for you they have the fun cars to sit in and play movies for the kids or videos too- very nice - My 2 kids LOVE it there-

Cool Cuts for Kids on Sahara, just west of Cimarron, in the shoppping center with Starbucks and Dennys. Not always the straitest bangs...but my kids love to go there - they are 2 and 4, Same place the other moms are talking about , jsut on our side of town.

I take my kids to Cool Cuts for Kids. The one I go to is on the corner of Silverado Ranch and Eastern (Target shopping center). They are really good and really patient. They have toys and games in the waiting area and then either video games or movies at the hair cutting stations. It is a walk-in place (or they take appointments) and it is less than $20 for a hair cut. My son has autism and HATES getting his hair cut. He won't quit moving (I usually have to try and hold his head somewhat still for them) and when he was younger he'd scream the whole time. They have been totally cool about it (actually down right nice about it). And in spite of the fact that he's a moving target, he always walks out with a decent hair cut. I'd highly recommend it. I've used several of their stylists and all of them have been really nice and really good. But my favorite is the black lady with the braids. I can't remember her name but she's been super gentle with my son.

Cool Cuts 4 Kids is exactly what you described. The only one I know of is off Eastern and Silverado Ranch in the Target shopping center. I'm not sure if there is one closer to you. They have airplane and car seats and each station has a TV equipped with a DVD player to keep the kids preoccupied. They take walk-ins as well. I'm very happy with them!
