Also the secret to good fudge- freshness. Don't make it too far in advance.

I have always liked the one on the marshmallow jar too.

I just made peanut butter fudge and the pan is almost gone...it's AWESOME!
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup fat free evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup EACH butterscotch and peanut butter chips
1 jar (7oz.) marshmallow creme
3/4 cup reduced fat chunky peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Line a 9 in. square pan with tinfoil and grease it.

In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, butter and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a rapid boil. boil for 7 minutes.

Remove from the heat, stir in chips until melted. Stir in the marshmallow creme, peanut butter and vanilla until blended. Pour into prepared pan.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Gently peel off foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares.

I agree with Shane - the recipe on the Eagle condensed milk is the one we have been using for years. Super easy, tastes great.

Buy some Eagle Brand condensed milk. They have an easy recipe right on the can.

I'm sure there are a million different recipes, but the one I'm talking about has never failed.

Best wishes!

There is also a recipe on the Marshmallow Fluff jar. I don't know which one tastes better (that or the Eagle brand one), but I think (maybe, don't quote me) it is one you can do in the microwave.

I am not a good cook or baker, but people love my fudge. I use the recipe on the Marshmallow Fluff jar.

Definitely the one on the eagle can, very simple and yummy. 2 things to note... is burns easy so cook on low and stir often, secondly be sure to use name brand choc chips, there is a world of difference, cheap choc chips won't work, fudge will be too soft.
