Hi! I have a really great recipe for nobake cookies that calls for white chocolate chips, peanut butter, peanuts, rice krispies and marshmellows.....they are oh soooooo yummy. But some people on my cookie gift giving list can not have certain foods- the hardest one is the no chocolate or cocoa. So I was hoping to give them peanut butter, ricekrispy, marshmellow & peanut no bakes but without the chocolate how do I get the goop to hold together? The peanut allergy friends are getting whitechocolate, rice krispie marshmellow cookies which are good but not as good as if I could add the allergy foods in.....
Any other ideas? I do not want to bake for these gifts because kids and I will be busy baking cutouts and gingerbread men and houses, etc so don't want to add to my baking list.....
Help any ideas? Thanks in advance

What can I do next?

can you use butterscotch chips instead of chocolate chips?

My husband wants to make some corn flake, butterscotch peanut butter stuff that our neighbor brought over last year that he just loved. The most common recipe has those three ingredients...so thought maybe the butterscotch chips might work with yours :)

MY mom makes some great cookies! equal amounts peanut butter and marshmallow cream. She uses choc chips, but the can be ommitted. They are also good rolled in graham cracker crumbs. It is yummy and you could use a cookie scoop!

This is my recipe:

3 cups instant oats
3 Tbs cocoa (obviously omit this)
1/4 t salt

combine dry ingredients - set aside.

in pot, melt stick of butter. Add 2 cups sugar (or 1.5 cups for a less sweet version). Add 1/2 cup milk. Bring to a boil.
Boil 3 minutes.
Add 2/3 cup peanut butter. Stir until melted.

Poor over dry ingredients, mix, and drop. Enjoy!
