Hi Moms,
We live in Gold canyon, and have been communting to Gilbert. My son goes to school at Neely.
We had been trying to get into eduprize for YEARS. They just called and said they have accepted my son
in 4th grade. I was excited, it seems like such a wonderful school..however, My son will be starting over
making new friends again. 3rd school change. Had to relocate before.
My question is: How do you like Eduprize? Is it worth the switch..(his other school goes only to 6th) EDu goes to 8th.
We will be moving to Gilbert now in a few months also.
How can we meet kids his age that go to that school?
Any information SO appreciated!!! TY!!!!

What can I do next?

We don't go to Gilbert but our son has been in Eduprize Queen Creek since it opened 4 years ago. He started in 4th grade and is in 7th there now. We LOVE it!! It has been a great school for him. In 4th grade they are still making so many connections daily that I am sure he will make friends easily. It can sometimes be tough with the charter schools instead of a neighborhood public school when it comes to friends. We have found that friends are not in bike riding distance etc so it takes more parent involvement and driving but it's totally worth it!

Congrats and good luck!

My oldest son is in Kindergarten at Edu-prize and we love it. We have not really known anything different though so I can't compare for you. I do know that we were trying to decide between Neely and Edu-prize for my son this year and we went with Edu-prize. If you want to ask me any other questions I would be happy to answer anything. Good luck!

Funny you ask, I have 5 kids and I have had them in both of those schools, last one ending at Edu-prize in Q.C. until we recently moved. Of the two schools, I would have to say I liked Neely better. My daughters would say the same. I loved that Neely was a very patriotic school, I love the phonograms they did. (Edu-prize doesn't do that) I felt like my kids were getting a great education there. As for Edu-prize, it is a great school as well, it is a very science oriented school, with tons of projects for both kids and parents to do. I felt like they asked a lot of the parents money wise. There back to school required list was EXPENSIVE! It was a good school though. If I had both of those schools near me now, I would go back to Neely in a heart beat. Just my opinion. :) Good luck!
