Mruz delivered my first 2 children and he is wonderful! I would recommend him no problem. My 3'rd was delivered by a midwife just for a change, but he is so good. He has a great sense of humor and listens to what you have to say. I'm small, so a c0section was possible, but I didn't want one unless medically necessary. Mruz induced me both times a couple weeks early and monitored the size of the babies so I would have an easier delivery and the baby wouldn't be too big. I measured small throughout my pregnancies, but he was never concerned because I'm small and he knew I wouldn't have 8 lb. babies. His nurses and office personal are nice and friendly also. Hope this helps in your decision.

His office staff and hours are great and accomodating, but was not pleased with the delivery of my child at all. I think alot of that had to do with the facility I delivered at, but one key part was due to his judgement.

I switched to his former partner Dr. Gapinski and I am very pleased with him.

I would recommend him. I have not personally been his patient, but did work with/for him in the hospital. His whole group at that time was good, though after 5 years I know at least one of the the partners moved on.
I also worked with Dr Mruz's daughter too (OBRN)
Good luck

I've seen him a couple times. He seems like a nice guy, but I don't have too much experience with him. He did order some testing that I don't think others would always do, and caught something I had.

Side note*-The reason why I went to him is because in my church bulletin it said he was pro-life, but when I went to him, I discovered that he does hand out birth control(not proper in the Catholic Church), so I went to someone else-whether or not that bothers you...

Good luck!

I have gone to him for 8 years and he listened to me and did what I asked from him unlike other dr's I saw. I could not get pregnant so he did 2 laparoscopic surgeries to remove my endometriosis and scar tissue and placed me on fertility pills and ran many blood tests and found out some genetic problems. His personality is very caring and he listens and understands and has a fatherly personality but a great sense of humor and takes into consideration your opinion so you feel like you have a dr that listens but he is knowledgeable and will discuss things to help you understand and you can tell he is interested in what he is doing. I had to go to a specialtist for IVF since my husband also has fertility problems but I am finally pregnant and just started going back to him and he remembered all my problems and me and he is giving my pregnancy the special attention I deserve and his caution makes me feel safe. I have 3 other friends that go to him and they love him to, I was refered by a co worker who had fertility problems and he helped her get pregnant.
