I have heard that microfiber is great for durability and washability on a couch. Is this true for you, or have you had any problems with your microfiber couch?
what materials have worked for you? We are shopping, and need your advice. Thanks.
I just bought a set last week a Valuecity, and we love it. I haven't had mine long enough to complain. It was a great price on the set and the day we bought ours 4 others couples bought the same thing it was kinda funny we all went for the same thing.

This may sound nuts, but we really love our leather couch. We have had several dogs and we have two children and it has survived it all and is still in great shape. The dogs' nails never tore it. It is obviously easy to clean as you just wipe off spills, barf, etc. I was skeptical at first, but the salesman told us he had dogs and a leather couch and wouldn't recommend anything else. Just a suggestion! Good luck!
WE have had our microfiber sectional for 6 years... LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! has withstood EVERYTHING! our ENORMOUS Mastiff, 2 jumping Pugs with little sharp toenails, Maniac Toddler, Spills, drool, YOU NAME IT! and it has ALWAYS cleaned perfectly. (We did pay extra when we bought it to have the scotchguard fabric protector put on. May want to consider that.)
I have never heard of a microfiber couch.
I personally can't stand the feel of the synthetic material. I don't bring it into my home. Others seem to think it is a great fiber.
