So What Happened?

Well, I knew I was asking about the actual internet ad but all your suggestions on trimming belly fat was an added bonus! Sorry for those of you who clicked on the ad and got a virus...I'm glad I asked though. You might have saved someone their own nasty computer virus in the future.

You guys are so funny about belly fat. I agree - if there was one trick only, noone would have belly fat.

There is no ONE trick to losing belly fat. That's a scam.

It takes a lot of things: eliminating high fructose corn syrup, reducing white bread products and going whole grain, 5 or more servings of fruit and veggies per day, drinking lots of water, and sustained cardiovascular exercise at least 30 min a day 3 -4 times per week.

That's what does it.

Gimmick.

Everyone's fat goes where it is programmed to on their body. So for people whose body stores fat on their belly, that's where it's going to go. And that will be the last place it will come off.

This is from back in February - it's a news story about the scam. I guess if you click on it it tried to get you to buy the acai cleanse system - I thought EVERYBODY knew about that scam......

I just clicked on the link on my work computer because we have all kinds of crazy security - I, of course, couldn't link to it because it stopped at my firewall due to no security certificate.

The trick is to buy what they are selling. My daughter clicked on it--could have killed her and she got a lecture about clicking on the side bar stuff and viruses etc--and it was some king of lecture type shpeal and of course at the end you buy their book.

Oh well, guess i will start crunches again once this baby is born.

LOL, I have seen this, but never clicked on it. It's probably something boring, like "exercise." :)

You can cut down on belly fat by exercising :) Also by cutting out High Fructose Corn Syrup. It's been known to cause obesity in lab rats, especially in the belly area. It's worse for you than table sugar. And it's in almost everything!

It's a scam, and would infiltrate your computer with nasty viruses.

The "trick" is to burn off more calories than you take in....so I think the ultimate "trick" to losing that belly fat is to RUN!!!!

Seriously, you burn sooo many calories while running and it is so addicting.

If you don't like to run, exercise other ways and eat healthy.

That is the trick!
