Get chicken breast and flatten them out. Press them in clean paper towel to absorb extra liquids. Coat them with flour (I press them in a plate with flour), shake off extra flour.
I an large skillet melt slowly the butter and when it start to be bubbly put the chicken cutlets. Turn them around when they're ready on one side (must look golden brown and crispy). When they are all golden, turn up the heat a little and pour Marsala in the skilled just enough to cover them. The flour+ the Marsala will make a delicious sauce. When the liquor has evaporate a little ad salt and turn off the heat. Serve it with your favourite side of veggies.

Heres my recipe. Excuse the spelling.
saute mushrooms and green onions in 1 tbsp butter
slice 4 chicken breasts in half and pound to flatten. i do it in between saran wrap
make a mixure of flour and marjourum
dip chicken in flour mixture
put mushrooms and onion in a bowl and use same pan to cook chicken
after the chicken is cooked put mushrooms an onion in with the chicken and put 1 cup of chicken broth in and 3/4 cup of marsala wine. simmer for 5 minutes. add salt and pepper if you want.

OK this is cheating but Trader Joes actually has a really good prepared sauce. It you have a TJ's near you check it out. Otherwise try my favorite recipe website, allrecipes.com, I'm sure you'll find something there :)

I make mine just like Patty's below, except.....

I reduce the Marsala wine first. I pour about 1/2 the bottle into a sauce pan, and let that simmer for about 1/2 an hour, then use that wine. The reduction is fabulous.

I use the recipe from Everyday Italian cookbook by Giada Laurentes. You should be able to find it on the Food Network website.

I usually have a recipe as a guide and cook the way I prefer. I do not flatten checkin breasts, we just don't care for it that way.

Happy cooking!

I found a really good one on Allrecipes.com. I'm on my iPod touch right now so I can't post a link. I will look it up in the morning for you.

Added: I have the Chicken Marsala Florentine recipe in my recipe box on Allrecipes.com.
