Alright moms, yet another workout question from me :)
I am reading all of these great reviews for Brazil Butt Lift and I was wondering if anyone has personally tried it. I am naturally thin, but after having my daughter, my thighs, butt, and abs sure do need a makeover :) I'm thinking if I can stick with this, it would do the trick. I am not really looking to lose weight (well, that would be nice, but I am at a decent weight :)); I am more interested in slimming down my thighs and toning my whole body. Just wanted to hear what you all thought of the program :) Thanks in advance!
**Wanted to add, yes I am talking about the Beachbody product!***

I thought a Brazilian butt lift was cosmetic surgery. Maybe in California where I live it is!!

I'm assuming you are talking about the Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody?? I have it but I am due any day now with my 4th baby. My hubby bought it for me for Christmas last year because I also heard it was very good and wanted to try it along with my other workouts to get my body back. My sister has the Brazil Butt Lift and she has been doing it for a few months now. She likes it, the results are nice but she agrees that there is NOT enough cardio. I intend to incorporate the Brazil Butt Lift with the Insanity program and once I finish those, I intend to go back to the P90x, which is what I was doing before I got pregnant.
According to my sister, it's a good workout for toning but definitely needs more cardio to slim down. I hope this helps.

Is it a Beachbody workout routine? I got a Beachbody video years ago, but have never used it. Is it good?

I have it. I have done several of the workouts in the set. It's really good. It's very centralized to the butt in the specific workouts I did ( I didnt' do every work out in the set). It WILL tone your butt and thighs and abs FOR SURE. I was killer sore. I think the things that put me off personally (though I do still have it and plan to use it sometimes) and caused me to default more to my Turbo Jam DVDs (also Beachbody, and all their programs are good-I want to get the Turbo Fire series next-I like Chalene) was that I didn't love the cardio brazilian dance style parts. And also, on the workouts I did (again, I didn't do all in whole set), it ONLY did the butt and thighs (to the max SUPER SORE), whereas in my Turbo Jam ones, I always get an allover body workout including butt & thighs and core from all the work outs, AND the dance and cardio is easier for me to follow. But the Brazil Butt Lift workouts are VERY effective for that zone, no doubt about it, and you may love the dance parts.
