Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I LOVE it! I haven't lost that much weight from it because it works on toning as well as fat-loss. I have lost quite a few inches though! It's only 20 minutes, but you feel like you do so much in those 20 minutes!

I just lost 21 lbs between eating right and doing the "Drop it in 30" workout with Chris Freytag. She teaches at the Lifetime in Plymouth but is a contributing editor to Prevention magazine and has several videos. I like that one the best. She has a website or you can access through prevention mag.

I really enjoy the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt DVDs. There are three levels on each so I can mix it up between the two or alternate between days.
I also do 10 minute solutions Pilates in the morning to get a good stretch to start my day!

cathe fredrich is great. love her coremax and stretch max videos. also try the shows in fittv. this morning my fave come on jenifer galardi with a whole body sculpt rocks, exhale core fusion has incredible lower body workouts.

My friend lost 30 lbs. from the Jillian Michaels workout video. Also we have Strip to Fit (Carmen Electra's system)...my husband actually even does that workout sometimes and it's a killer for the stomach, butt and thighs. Sounds strange, but I love that one.

If you have ON-DEMAND through your cable company you are able to access numerous free workouts. You can also view free workouts on Exercise TV.com. I have had a lot of success with Cindy Witmarsh's 20 minute Fat Burn and Less is More Cardio. The workouts through On-Demand change periodically so it keeps me motivated to try something different and new. Have fun!

I haven't got a suggestion for a video, but have had great results with my EActive for the Wii. I get different workouts every day, and can change up the length of time I work out if necessary. I love it, and saw great results with it when I was using it. Now that I am pregnant and unable to use it, I am bummed out, but can't wait to get back to it after baby is born!

Don't know about results, but I'm all about "FREE"... I found "Dance & Be Fit" on my dish and set it to record. It records at 2am or something crazy like that and I can play it again and again. I've recorded three different episodes (one was Brazilian body, one was Ab workout). It is on my DHLTH channel ... I guess that stands for "Discovery Health?" Bummer was having to fast forward through the commercials. But again, it was free and worth a try before buying a DVD.

10 minute trainer is great. You can mix up the workouts to get a variety and Tony is a great trainer and motivator. I also have his power 90 workout and it is great but I don't know if they still sell it (not p90x) . A friend of mine likes Leslie Sansone, I think the walking videos and really likes it.

I really like Windsor Pilates. You can find them on ebay really cheap and they work great on firming and toning your whole body. Once you start building muscle, the weight comes off easily.

I am doing the 10 minute trainer from beachbody.com, with the trainer Tony Horton. It is from the p90x system but less intense. I have lost 15lbs and 12 inches in 1 month and am feeling so much better. I highly recommend it, just type in 10 minute trainer online and you can read about it.

I really like the Biggest Loser Bootcamps and Weight Loss Yoga. Bob is the trainer on all of them. THey give you variety, cardio and weights, different levels, and can pretty much fit any time requirements.

Since I am affiliated with Beachbody, I have used many of their videos/dvd's. I have gotten great results with Power 90, Power Half Hour, Slim Series, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, ChaLEAN Extreme, Rev Abs, Brazil Butt Lift and Great Body Guaranteed. They are different types (dancy, standard, no crunch abs, etc.) of cardio and strength training workouts that last anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. I really like them (I was actually using them before I became affiliated as a coach with them).

I have been doing Total Body Sculpt from FitTV every day for about a month and a half and have gotten wonderful results. He claims that your body will change and it is completely true. The best parts... its free, only 30 minutes, and I can TiVo it each day to get a new workout.

I like the 10-Minute Solution videos. I use the Pilates versions with Lara Hudson, the Target Toning video with Cindy Whitmarsh and the Kickboxing Bootcamp with Keli Roberts. This videos are great because they are broken up into 10-minute segments. You can do 10 minutes of abs and 10 minutes of arms one day and do buns and thighs the next day, or you can do all 50 minutes at once.

Also, if you use Netflix, all these videos and many more are available in their instant-view area. I just stream them to my laptop and workout with whichever one I'm in the mood to use. It's a great way to sample a bunch of different videos.
