Can anyone recommend a good balloon designer who can create some specific balloon bouquets and deliver them to the party site?

THe best I have ever seen is Stretch. check him out at stretchc.com. We have had him at our preschool carnival for the last three years. he does monkeys, dogs, starfish, bikes, you name it. Check it out, he is amazing. he also delivers to hospitals if you ever have a child in the hospital.
The Santee's at Balloon Entertainment are awesome. Our neighborhood, Creek Hollow, hires them every year for our neighborhood party.
