You need to go somewhere like Sprouts, Central Market, Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage, or Sunshine Market.

I've never seen or head of arnica montana tablets, but you can get the cream in lots of places. Comes in a tube, and I have found it not only in health food stores, but also in places like Wal Mart in the OTC area in the "pain relief" section, (where you'd find stuff like BenGay, etc.). It wasn't expensive...I seem to remember less than $10. The name of the product I purchased is THE RUB, Arnica Pain Relief, manufacturer is NatraBio. Also found another version of arnica montana cream (more expensive) in a health food store located on W. Park Row, in one of those shopping centers just to the east of Bowen Road. Can't remember the name of the store, but they are very nice, friendly folks who run it. After I found it in Wal Mart, I stopped looking in other stores, so don't know if other grocery stores carry it or not, but they probably do. I remember when I asked at the pharmacy at Wal Mart for it, they had no idea what I was talking about, but when I went looking on my own, I found it. Good luck!

I get it at the vitamin shoppe at my local store, but you can also get it online at vitaminshoppe.com. I think actually applying it to where the bump or bruise is works much better than the tablets, and the gel is absorbed better than the cream. Some come in a 7% arnica formula, others come in and 8% formula.

By the way, I swear by Arnica for preventing and treating bruises. A couple of years ago, my son was at a picnic and got hit it the forehead with a metal baseball bat! I took him to the ER to make sure he didn't have a concussion or other damage. When we got home I put the Arnica gel on his forehead and he never got a big bump or dark bruise, just slight yellowish bruising. I continued to put it twice a day for a few days and you could barely see anything.

Have you looked online? Either that, or a latino store would probably have it.

Nature's Pantry has it in Kansas City, (Independence, MO), but don't know if you have one in your area.
