5 Mo Old Not Sleeping Well at Night

My 5 mo old son was sleeping really good at night, either sleeping through the night or waking up once and taking 2 oz of a bottle. Now he wakes up about 3 to 4 times a night and is sometimes hard to get him back to sleep. He is waking himself up when he rolls over. He has always been a tummy sleeper so when he rolls to his back it wakes him up enough to start crying. Any advice to have a more peaceful sleep for him and me?

What can I do next?

My daughter did the same thing at 5 mos. I think it was b/c she started teething. I work full time waking up at 5:30 to nurse, so it just wasn't working for me. She started sleeping with us until she was 8 mos old. Then she went back to the crib just fine.

Go in right away and help him get back to sleep. He'll learn to roll the other way soon. Work on that during the day by dangling toys for him to reach at and try to roll to.
Hang in there, he'll get past it:)

It is a phase and usually happens anywhere between 4.5-6 months. I remember my daughter doing that after being a good sleeper. It will pass.

Unfortunately until he figures out how to roll back over there's not much you can do. It won't be long before he'll be able to do it. I remember mine doing that too and it didn't last long.
