We just bought an ipad with 16 GB. Just wondering that will be enough memory or if we should exchange it for 32GB?

What can I do next?

Our guide is to always buy as much memory, etc that you can afford.

If it were me.... Go 32.

Don't buy something that will be outdated the day you buy if just to go cheap. Just my opinion.

It's insane how fast it fills up! If you can afford the bigger one I would get that one.

16 is not enough, you will run out of space very quickly!

Go for the 32 at least!

Not sure what some of you are putting on your iPads, but my wife's is a 32gb with 4000 pics on it, 390 songs and 51 apps. It has 20gb left of space.
Mine is a 16gb with 200 songs, 48 apps and 100 pics and I have 10gb of space left.
So like another said, depends on what you're using it for.

Call me crazy, but I would say that it has more to do with how you plan to use it than anything else. If it is going to be where you store all your music and photos and load movies onto it, then by all means get all you can.
But if you are primarily going to use it to browse online, check email, chat, stream stuff.. then you will be fine with the smaller one.

I have a 16, and I don't use it except for "fun" and I have zero issues with storage space. I keep my photos elsewhere (except for when my daughter borrows it and is bored and takes a lot of pics of herself and plays with the images!... I eventually delete those), and have a decent music library on it, although we keep the main library on my desktop (over 10,000 songs), and several apps, including a kindle app (and I have quite a few books on it). I mostly use it to check email and browse the web when someone else in the house is on the desktop. Or I take it to the gym to stream movies via the Netflix app. Or check FB while I am waiting for my kids' after school activities to wrap up.

Any apps you buy, even if you delete them off the device, are still saved in your iTunes account and you can reload them at any time.

It alllll depends on what you are going to do with it.

What the others said and once there is a new OS that will take up a bunch of your space. I say get the bigger.

if you are going to put movies, tv shows or a lot of music go for the big one. I think i have 3 movies and 2 tv shows and am out of memory. I did download HD files, which was a mistake. Regardless of what size IPAD you get, always download SD files vs HD if you want to save memory. Good luck!
