St. Croix Vineyards, close to Stillwater, is a lovely winery with wine tastings. They are open year round. Very reasonable wines as well. You'll want to check out their website:

I know there is one in St Anthony Main in Mineapolis, it's selected wines each month from around the world (i think it is only once a month or so) and a renowned chef makes food "inspired" by each wine choice. I have more details if your interested, you can send me a message and i'll get them to you =)

Here is the place that I go with my girl friends. We have a really good time. A yearly membership is $30 or $45 (can't remember) and they have them about 10 times a years. Summer is a little slow.

It's usually full, but he might be able to get in for this Friday.

I know someone that will bring the wine to you -- she does Wine tasting parties and will bring I think 5 different wines to test. FREE -- you provide some cheese/crackers or other hourdes(sp?) and she will provide the wine, glassses, and education.
