Wii Games

This is a really trivial question, but here goes...

My family is trying to decide what Wii game to purchase next. We've come down to two choices--Playground and Smarty Pants. We rented Smarty Pants over the weekend and loved it! However, we're concerned about the number of questions and how often will they repeat. Playground just looks like fun!! I've read great reviews online for both games so we're still undecided.

I'd love to get advice from people who own the games. Has anyone had a problem with the Smarty Pants questions repeating? I'm leaning towards this one because of the educational value, but feel that it will get boring soon if my son(s) start to memorize the questions.

Smarty pants Downloads new questions. One day we went to play and it had some new questions that we hadn't seen in the many times we played. I love the wii in general but I really like the smarty pants game

Wii rent games from Gamefly and try them out for a week or two before buying. It's a lot less expensive than renting from video rental.

I will have to go out and find this game...it sounds great! As far as questions repeating I would say that it depends on how old your kids are. It may be good for them to run across a question they have heard before and boost their confidence/self esteem.
Have fun with whatever game you decide!

My husband bought the Wii that is in our household and I have never used it (other than to shut it off). He and I disagree about having it around but oh well, I lost on this one. Whatever you do, don't get 'Rayman' (sp?). It is the violent rabbit one and I can't stand listening to it while they play it. It is a cartoon and doesn't seem violent at first but when you actually get a look at the screen and what they're doing, it is really not nice.

I like it more when they play Super Mario Galaxy. It is not as distasteful as the stupid rabbit one.

ENDLESS ocean! I love this game myself, and it has many educational benefits as well. You "really" scuba dive and drive a boat. You search the ocean for specific fish and learn all about them. You can find treasure, explore caves and even find a lost city and pirate ship. My 5&7 year olds love this game as you can also hang on and swim with the whales too. I really love this game

I've been told that Bowling is SUPER fun! Good for all ages too. If we got a Wii, this is a game we'd buy forsure.

Have fun. :)

Sorry,..can't help you with the SmartyPants game.
