Why Can't I Answer Questions?

If I can even read past the stinking pop up...sheesh, I'm on an iPad and the upper left part of my screen is being blocked! Annnnnd, if I move my screen over I somehow end up opening that coupon I WILL NOT USE...EVER!!!!! I just haven't been coming on much, because it bugs so much! Where do we complain to, please list email, so everyone having an issue can email them. I would hate to see a great site like this ruined by obnoxious ads.

I can answer questions, I just can't read the whole question because of the stupid get coupons ad hanging down and covering the left side. I know, I could e-mail too but I just don't care enough and previous contact with "support" has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Clear your cookies and your cache - I don't know what browser you are using or what platform you are working on - however, you might need to clear your cookies and your cache in order to get it to work.

If you don't know how to do that - if you are running Firefox browser, click tools, clear recent history, everything, okay - let it do it's thing.

depending upon how you have your security set up - you may be able to exit out of all running programs and use the "start" button and restart your computer.

Since mamapedia started doing the ads - more people have been having problems.

I've been having issues as well. I agree with Cheryl, I think it is the ads that are on here slowing everything down. It kills me sometimes I can't send flowers to deserving Mommas. I know it makes me feel good when I get a flower, so I want to do the same for other Mommas who take the time and energy to give good advice!
I do refresh a ton and sometimes it just works, don't know why. Sorry no real advice just a little sympathy and understanding ;)

Clearing your cache and refreshing will clear the problem.
I've got the ads blocked but it still happens every now and then.
I absolutely love Firefox with the NoScript and AdBlock Plus add ons.

Hey, friends... if the ads are slowing things down, use one of the adblocker plug-ins... you can get them for both Chrome and Firefox.

They really help a bunch, especially if they are a flash ad.

The only ad I see right now is the mamasource ad... the banner ads and the ones in the lower right are GONE!!! YAY!!!!!

I've been having a lot of technical problems lately. I rather suspect they did an update or a patch that is just incompatible with Macs, but I could be wrong. I can't edit my profile (link is dead), and I'm intermittantly having the same problem that you are with answering Q's. Annoying. I've written to them. Haven't heard back.

Whenever that has happened to me I copy whatever I have written, if I was able, and just reload the page, maybe give that a try. I have also had it happen that I couldn't send flowers etc, and reloading has always done the trick. Good luck!

I use Google Chrome, I have no problems with ads or other things, only problem I have is that I cant edit my profile, the link is broken.
I'm thinking this site has gotten bloated and that's why they are having so many server problems lately. I hope they fix it soon.
