I'm thawing right now and am wondering if anyone has an easy recipe I can use to make with this? I have the basics in the pantry. Thanks moms and dads! =)

So What Happened?

It doesn't have to be for stir fry, thats just what it says on the package. I thought maybe something with a gravy over pasta or rice, I don't know, that's why I'm asking. =)

Beef strips with broccoli and some teryaki or soy sauce over rice or fettucine noodles (think lo mein).

Beef strips, onions, peppers and some taco or fajita seasoning. Throw in tortilla or over salad.

Beef, gravy, over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

Beef, cheese, pitas or tortillas - warm them up for wraps. Blue cheese would be good for a bit of pungent cheese.

Okay just read the other comments and realized I kind of said what the others said. LOL

My recipe for teriyaki stir fry sauce is, in my opinion :), delicious.

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
2 T. ketchup
1 T. vinegar
garlic and ginger to taste

You mix it all up, and add near the end and let it cook down a bit and simmer. As odd as it may sound, it is really a delicious sauce.

You can put anything in a stir fry. Our favorite veggies for stir fry and baby corn, water chestnuts, green peppers (or other colors when they are on sale), broccoli, mushrooms...really, you can use anything.

Not sure what you are going for.

A basic stir fry 1tbs rice wine vinegar, 2tbs of low sodium soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Aromatics you need ginger, green onions and garlic, chopped.

Heat peanut oil add aromatics, then beef, then sauce, then whatever vegetables you like.

Fajitas, season you meat with some garlic powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and then just add peppers (any color), mushrooms and onions. If you want more taste to it, add pieces of bacon.
Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, sour cream and cheese. You can add refried beans and rice also.
Bon appetite!!!

Pepper steak and onions? Saute the beef strips in a light coating of olive oil on med high until lightly browned. Shake on some worcestershire (to your taste, also depends on how much meat you have) salt, pepper, tsp of minced garlic (I use more, but I love garlic), one onion chopped, one bell pepper chopped, and stir fry for a few minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and add about a half to 3/4 cup of beef broth or water. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes covered until meat is tender. It may take a little longer, it just depends on the cut of beef. The water/broth will make a tasty gravy from the beef drippings and worcestershire. I serve this over rice with a green vegetable.

Can also make a salad. Use any kind of lettuce, dice up some veggies, cook up the strips and use a thicker dressing to go with the steak (such as ranch).

Yum ... ok, now I'm craving this salad!

Depending on how ambitious you are, you can chop up/buy fresh stir fry veggies like brocolli (sp), snap peas, water chestnuts and mushrooms and simply stir fry them in soy or teriyaki sauce and serve with brown rice and crunchy noodles!

Or--you can by frozen stir-fry veggies and repeat!
