V.B.
Brave soul.
I'd guess you could try to enjoy picking at it and sampling... if you are so inclined. Otherwise, dump it. I have an aunt who is able to make this perfectly, every time. And she does, every year. My mother, on the other hand, tried several times when I was growing up (we all love it) and it was a flop every single time. She gave up trying, and I have never attempted it b/c I can't imagine I will get it to work, either. I've heard that if the weather is rainy it won't set, too. Probably an old wives' tale.
But, you're brave for trying anyway.
I vote toss it.
