We use Nordic Naturals ProEFA for our kiddos. According to our son's developmental pediatric clinic it's okay to give them the adult dosage of that. We started when our son was two, but if I were to do it over again I'd start them at a younger age.

B., Our Dr. told us to give vitamins since they were about 6 months. Market america has the best and most effective vitamins and supplements I have found. They have a line of kids vitamins called Isotonix Might-A-Mins. It is a childrens multivitamin and muli-mineral. They provide probiotics to promote digestion, and supports healthy teeth, bones, vision and heart. The vitamins are Isotonic which means it is a powder you mix with water and take on an empty stomach. In as little as 5 minutes you can eat. Isotonix solutions offer the fastest and most efficient absorbtion of all oral forms of nutritional supplements. There are no fillers or binders, You will get 95% absorbsion with Isotonix vs. at most 20% absorbtion taking a pill or chewable tablet. I love thier products.
You can check these out at www.marketamerica.com/pamrorman.
They may be on the spendy side but the benifits are so worth it.
Hope this helps

Hi B.,

It all depends on the vitamins that you are giving your children.

Don't throw your money away on grocery store brands.

One a Day's Flinstone, Centrums. They are a waste of your dollars. The vitamins don't make it to your intestines where they get absorbed into the bloodstream.

There is a supplement that is the only one proven to work. And it's guaranteed. If interested, let me know!

I know of a mom using supplements for asthma as little as 3 months old. They broke the capsule in half and mixed in with applesauce or their formula.

I know of another that gave vitamins to their baby girl for kidney infections( 3 a year) That little girl hasn't had a hospital visit in at least 5 years!

God Bless!

J.

Hi B., I started both my kids at age 2. We love the Nordic Naturals fish oils. My kids beg for them every day. Omega 3's are a huge necessity, in my opinion.
For a multi vitamin we have used Juice Plus and now are using the Nordic Berries also from nordic naturals.

I started vitamins for my girls (now 3 & 5) when they were infants (liquid form). We have been using the GNC multi-bite plus minerals for the last couple of years. We also use Nordic Naturals Children's DHA (cod liver capsules). We started these about a year ago; I waited until my younger daughter was 3 to start her.

Hi B.,
My husband and I started our children on chewable vitamins after they were one and we knew they could chew them safely. Our children are now 4 and 2. We broke them in half to begin with though. The vitamins we give our children are called Nutrilite kids multi-tarts. The kids love them and ask for them first thing when they wake up. We do also give our children omega 3 supplements. They are called Nutrilite kids Braniums DHA gummy. You may have seen commercials for them. They come in fruit punch and lemon flavor and like the multitarts they ask for these too. Omega 3's are very important for your child’s growing mind to support focus, concentration, and learning. We are in business with Amway Global and the Nutrilite vitamin line is ranked number 1. Our vitamins are top quality, controlled by our company from the ground they come from to finished product. Amway guarantees its products for 180 days for a full refund or exchange, at no cost to you. We have a website if you would like to research any of the information on our vitamins/supplements we have for kids. It is wheeler.ltdteam.com in the password type: health then look for the childrens health category on the left side of the screen. There is a short commercial about the Braniums if you click on the Braniums and then click to watch the video. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.
God Bless
S.
