Loveless & Loveless in Denton are Family Law attorneys and they are great. Vicki, the Legal Assistant there, was a classmate of mine and she's wonderful. Give them a call.

Best of luck to you.
Our attorney specializes in Denton and Dallas county. I am not sure where you are. But he is very helpful for all those questions! Also you can call and ask to speak to the paralegal(Michelle) and she can knock out quite a few answers for you on the phone just so you know about the moving situation. Our lawyer is Dale Burrows and here is his website. http://www.daleburrows.com/

K., you just dont know how heart breaking it is to read this response. I know that you cant change the mind of someone by trying to talk reason with him - it just doesnt work. This society has made marriage today what it is - A divorce waiting to happen. YOU have to fight for your marriage. You pray. You pray until something happens. Prayer changes things. Im not syaing that your husband will up and decide that he made a mistake and change his mind but do you really want to live with giving up on something as sacred and as important as your marriage. Yes, you should take precautions to protect your welfare and that of your child, that is fine but in the interim - you pray for your husband - not "hope" that he will come back - but pray that God helps your husband deal with whatever it is he is going through. There are many women on this board going through exactly what you are going through but I can bet that at least some of them prayed for their marriage and got through it in time. Will pray for you, your husband and baby girl.

In Love -
N.

One of my clients went through this. She left the state really early, like before any legal things were done. And from what her friend said...That since she didn't know anyone one here and was a stay at home mom, she could find job easier, and had her family to help her. Something along those lines...she had a support system and could get a job easier there. Good Luck!! Hope you can get back home!!
