We just moved to the area in October and I'm looking for somewhere to have our taxes done. Usually I do them my self, but we have to file in 3 states, we went from owning our home, to having a rental property and just think this year might be a little beyond us. Any recommendations or advisories of places to avoid?
We went with Mike he was close to Kansas City, he really spend a lot of time figuring out all the weird things we had with the move and our previous house. He got the taxes done in just over a week and we have a big refund coming!! We'll definitely be using him again!
Mike has been doing our taxes for years. Last year we also had 3 states as well as 2 free lance businesses and our regular jobs, and he did a GREAT job of sorting it all out for us and getting us the maximum amount possible. And he's cheap!

I don't know if Mission KS would be out of the way for you to go to get your taxes done (it is just 10 minutes or so from midtown KC) but I have a friend there that has a tax business.
