Hey moms
I'm in search of a new Pediatrician in the Arlington Area that accepts United Health Insurance. Someone who is dependable, sweet, and is able to be my daugthers pediatrician throughout her life and won't send in the Nurse Practioner each time you go in.
We have Dr. Sheng right now which I think he's nice but didn't seem kid-friendly and his NP doesn't seem to listen to what I say and only what she says and does is right.
And I would like someone that me and my daughter can have a good relationship and connect well with.
So let the search begin... any suggestions?
I use Dr Clive Daniels im not sure what area you are from but its technically in mansfield its off of matlock and debbie lane.He is very good with my son and he takes united healthcare(not sure if thats what ins. you mean).He has gone above and beyond to get what my son needed.His number is ###-###-####..Hope this helps ! We see Dr. Desiree Harris on Mitchell in Arlington. She is part of the Cook Children's network. My sister-in-law also uses her, so we have been seeing her for about 10 years. We love her! Her NP is also good and very helpful if we call in. I am not sure about insurance.
I use Dr. Wilfred Raine he is also part of the Cooks Children network. We have been going to him since my daughter was born and she is now 4 and she loves to go to the dr. and see him. His address is 848 W. Mitchell in Arlington. Dr. Raine & Dr. Harris (from the below post) are in the same office. I've had to see her a couple of times and she is very good to.
We use Dr. Robert Mann (in the same office with Dr. Clive Daniels) and they are wonderful in that office. They always get me in if my son is sick, or if I have a paranoid moment. His np is also wonderful. I did choose to see her one day (only because that apt was later in the morning, and we are not early risers around our house) The only thing about Dr. Mann is that he is on the older side, He has seen it all and is very knowledgeable, but if you are looking for someone who can stay her pediatrician until she is 18...well I am not sure that he will still be practicing medicine that long.
