The lady that lives across the street from me will not be using her nanny anymore once school starts. She has been with them for a couple years. I have talked with her a few times and she seems to really enjoy being a nanny. If you want I can get her info from my neighbor. The kids really adore her and she started when the boy was 2 and the girl was a newborn.

Try Chicago Craigs list on the intranet. You can view nannys looking for jobs & post exactly what you're looking for. I'm a mom that works ft from home & had luck on this site.
Best of luck.

Have you considered an au pair? Au pairs are between the ages of 18-26 and come from other countries to spend a year (or more) with an American family. An au pair lives in your home and provides up to 45 hours per week of childcare. The cost averages out to be $280 per week over the course of the year. I have several host families in Plainfield. Please contact me if you'd like more information!
