I'm needing to know if any Moms out there have been to "Bright Now! Dental" located on US 19 in Port Richey. I am in desperate need of another Dentist. I took my daughter to the dentist this morning and I'm very UPSET with the staff and I will not going back! Unfortunately we have a HMO for dental, so selection of dentist in the area is very small. Please let me know your opinion!

My kids see Dr. Raj Grover at Grover Dental Pediatrics on Old 54 in NPR. My son (now 13) has been going there since he was 3 and my daughter who is 4 has been going there all along. We highly recommend his office.
I don't know about Bright Now, I do know about Coast Dental on 19 in Port Richey. I also had a HMO and Coast Dental was my dentist. They charge you a service fee even though your insurance carrier states there is no charge. They charge you triple for a procedure - they have an unnaceptable reason for this. After 6 months of back an forth with them I had some of my money returned. They are rude, nasty and they are ripping people off. They quoted an estimate for a crown of $4,000. I went to another dentist and it cost me $320.00.
I haven't been to Bright Now! but my son (3yrs old) just went to his first dentist appt and we went to Dr. Whitehead on SR 54 in New Port Richey. They are awesome!! They are solely a Pediatric Dentist and are WONDERFUL with kids. I was really nervous about his first visit but they gave him a "tour" of the office, let him play with the chair, the lights, everything! Made him feel VERY comfortable and he is anxious to go back!! Everytime we drive by, he says he wants to go to the dentist!! Good luck!!
My name is A. and I live in Spring Hill and I travel a little bit, to Tampa but found the best pediatric dentist there is. Doctor San Juan at the TLC Dentistry for kids. The atmosphere is so much fun for the kids and he is so gentle. Good Luck
Hi, I have been to that office for myself and my husband many times. My neighbor works there and has for many years (but I know that she was not there yesterday) and we have not had any problems. I can say that when we do go there we only deal with her and the dentist. I could give you her name and which doctor to ask for if you would want to give it another shot.
Now for my children, I go to Dr. Grover's office. Right now he is on the corner of SR54 and Old SR54 in the shopping center there (I cannot think of the name off hand). I do not know what insurances he accpets, but I started out going to Dr. Whitehead's office. After many bad experiences there, I went to Dr. Grover. He is great, quick and to the point and does not want to nickel and dime you to death.

I have been using Coastal Dental on US 19 in Port Richey in the Home Depot plaza just north of the mall for myself. They have treated me well. My daughter (who turned 2 in May) goes to A Safari of Smiles on Rowan Rd in NPR. They are a pediatric dentist and are excellent with kids!! I've never heard of the "Bright Now! Dental" so i'm not sure what to tell you for them but I am very happy with the two places that I use for myself and my daughter. Good luck!
