Do a nice chicken ceasar salad. Get pre-cooked chicken strips, romaine lettuce, parmesan shredded cheese, croutons, and make sure that you buy a tasty ceasar dressing. Add salt and pepper and voila! If you want more ideas go to Allrecipes.com, it's free and tons and tons of recipes.

What do you mean by not cooking? No stove or oven? No time? No cooked food allowed?

Are you going to a raw foodie's house? If so, make a huge salad.

No time? Throw a potroast, some onions, carrots, celery and potatoes in a crockpot in the morning on low, then bring to dinner as is.

No stove? Get a rotisserie chicken and make a chicken salad with it. Put it on croissants or bring by itself with breads and crackers for people to put it on what they want.

7 layer dip is a good one. So many different ingredients it is very filling.
Go to cooks.com. My favorite cooking website. You can put in the ingredient and different recipes pop up.
Good Luck!

How about mass producing pinwheels? You can make a variety of combos. Take tortillas (various flavors if you want), and use a spread (mayo --you can use the fancy/flavored ones if you want; or cream cheese, or hummus, or dressing), some greens if you want, some meat and/or cheese. Layer these on the tortilla, getting the toppings close to the edge. Put a little extra spread on on edge, and roll up toward that edge. Slice into rings and put on a plate. Should be kept refrigerated till serving. You can do ham & cheese & ranch dressing; hummus and olives; spinach and feta cheese; etc.
