A dear friend of mine has a food blog called veryculinary.com. On it you'll find a fantastic recipe called A-Z bread. It's a basic loaf bread recipe that you can add anything from A to Z to! I make the pumpkin bread and add in pecans or walnuts or raisins all the time and always get compliments!

Good luck!!

I use Jiffy Baking Mix for my breads and just substitute pumpkin for the banana in the banana bread recipe. It's always super yummy and moist.
