We are a military family that recently transfered to the Saginaw area. I am looking for a preschool for my 4 daughter for next year. I am a SAHM do I am not looking for daycare but for preschool either a few hours a day or a few days a week. Probably more along the lines of a mothers day out.

Trinity Baptist Temple is full this year, but it's $135 a month, studies letters, numbers, art, music (pk style of course) and other things. It's T and TH from 9-2.................limit of 14 students.

The Saginaw Church of Christ has a preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-2pm. Great teachers and the cost is very affordable. If you have any questions feel free to email me!
Hi! I also live in the Saginaw area and have a four year old that attend Wee School at First Baptist Church off Old Decatur Rd. I love it there. Preschool is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-2:30. It is $150/month. They work on a letter a week and have art everyday that he brings home. They do go to chapel once a month and have music on Thursdays. They also have themed days, like they just had western week and even had a company come where they rode ponies and had their pictures taken on them! My son loves it too. There are 2 teachers per 15 students and the bathrooms are inside the classroom. These were things that concerned me when I was looking. They also have a sign in sheet at a front desk and they lock the church from about 9:30-2pm and you have to ring a bell with an intercom to get in. The director Sue Ellen is wonderful and knows most of the kids by name. She will happily give you a tour anytime you want to go by to check it out. Love this facility also because it is new with a brand new playground.
There is also the Rec center that a few of my Mommy friends from our playgroup go to. It is only offered Tues/ Thur for 2 hours and there are two different times you can send them. It is only $75/month. Also Little Blessings is at Saginaw Methodist behind the Saginaw Elementary school. They do the same days and hours as Wee school except it is an older building and the bathrooms are located down the hall. They also walk the kids to the library once a month, which made me nervous cause they have to cross roads. I have heard of friends taking their kids there too and they said the teachers were great. It is a little cheaper $135/month.
Don't hesitate to just drop by these places to check them out, they will gladly show you around!
i'm pretty sure first baptist church saginaw has some sort of mother's day out program.
