I want to enter (for the first time) by 2.5yr old son and our dog. (1/2 german shepherd, 1/2 boxer). Can you help me with cute ideas that won't break the bank or take too much time to create???
Need a theme and costume in 2 weeks!
We have a radio flyer wagon, so may pull the dog in that.

One year my son was a farmer (straw hat from craft store, overalls, plaid shirt and boots) and our dog was his cow( we found cow fabric and draped it over her and attached it with velcro under her tummy and neck).
You can get deer antlers for the dog and dress your son as a hunter. I've seen them on a headband, also bunny ears. We used to get them for our rottweiler. Check the pet store or a craft store. Costumes are coming out now for Halloween.
