I have a chunk of that Jenni-O pre-cooked turkey ham. What do I do with it? I need to use it up and got it to chop up and put in salads . . . well I have lots leftover - maybe some kind of pasta/tortellini salad? Casserole? Ideas please! Thanks!

What can I do next?

Bake potatoes, scoop out potato into a bowl, add mayo, chopped pimento, shredded cheese and chopped up turkey ham, salt and pepper to taste. Restuff into potatoes, top with additional shredded cheese and bake til cheese on top is melted.

scalloped potatoes.....slice them and cook until cooked but not still crunchy and cube your ham and mix with potatoes, then make a cheesy sauce with cheddar or whatever cheese you like best. Salt and pepper real good and add heat through in the oven. So yummy

I buy that all the time. We just slice it up and heat it in butter or olive oil and eat it with a couple of side dishes. You can also melt a piece of cheese over it, or you can pour some gravy over it.

Cut it in bite-size chunks and mix it into a casserole of macaroni and cheese.

ham salad is also a good one. Chop it in a blender or food processor, mix it with mayo and relish. Very tasty. Also I've made the stuffed potato recipe, very good.
Another idea would be split pea and ham soup.
And also fritatta or quiche or omlettes.

Creamy Ham and Macaroni

2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
4 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c. grated cheddar, divided
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
1/4 c. grated parmesan

In lg saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour to make a roux. whisk in milk, bouillon & pepper. Bring to boil, stir for 1 minute, or until thickened. Remove from heat and add 1 c. cheddar, ham, parmesan & macaroni. Stir together. Pour into greased 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and bake 20-25 minutes @ 350 until bubbly. (serves 6)

It is one of our favorites. It is a quick weeknight meal & the kids like it because it is mac & cheese, but the grown-ups like it too because of the more adult flavor that the parmesan adds. It is delish. I make it every time I have left over ham. It also freezes well (freeze before baking). Good luck!

You could also cube the ham and freeze it.
