Does anyone have a recipe or recipes for homemade sunblock that's safe for babies as well as adults? So far I've found one recipe which contains oils. I keep imagining frying in the sun with that much oil but if it blocks the sun, that's all that matters. I found this recipe at the link below but does anyone else have better or different recipes?

I buy organic sunblock, so I'm afraid I don't have any recipes for you. However, I use Badger-brand, and I really like it.

I am a fair skinned blonde person who has always burned. Last year I used Melaleuca's sunblock and it worked. I have always been the type to burn with the least amount of sun exposure. I use it on the kids too and my daughter is like me and it protected her too. And all Melaleuca products are natural, eco-friendly.

Hi L.,
Shaklee has a great sunscreen that you can find at http://www.shaklee.net/healthforlife. But it is not recommended for babies.
I was just reading about sea buckthorn after I saw Dr. Oz recommend it for acne. You might look into products that contain it.
But it probably best to keep babies out of the sun (I'm sure you already know that!):)
