you want a place here in Sapulpa?
If so the collins building, Ovations Event center or Freddies Banquet Center would work nicely.

If you're in Northwest Arkansas, the Jones Center for Families in Springdale offers its chapel and reception rooms at no charge. The only catch is finding a date that's available.

S., if you and your family are members of a local church there would be a great place to start unless she wants alcohol served at the reception. If not members some of the local churches do rent their church and fellowship halls but I don't know how much for. Central, First Baptist or Methodist would all have room for 150 for a ceremony and their reception areas are large. Otherwise there is the country club or the new place out by the kindergarten on the way out of town going towards the lake. I can't remember the name but the number is on the front of the building.

There is a new place in Wagoner only 40 min from Tulsa called The Canebrake www.thecanebrake.com
They have a restaurant too that is open all the time to the public that is fantastic.
There is also Tarp Chapel & Gardens###-###-#### 1401 W Washington St, Broken Arrow that is beautiful.

Hope this helps

i was just married here in august last year. a cpl places you might try for receptions is the Holiday Inn Holidome or even Club Blue across the street from the Holiday Inn, there really arent alot of places that i could find here in blytheville. I got lucky enough that my husband worked for the man who owns the building the old bowling sits in and was able to use that even though they are trying to rent it and we got it last minute 2 days before our wedding with the way the heat was in aygust because we were suppose to have an outdoor wedding. Best of luck in your search.-----A.

Where is she getting married? How many people is she thinking of inviting? What is her budget? I am from Texas and have been to weddings all over the state. I also just had one myself, but it was here in OKC.

Try the local community center or a large resturant usually has a large "party" room.

Check with your city tourism authority or the Chamber of Commerce. They can probably give you all the locations of receptions halls and meeting places available. Good luck with your plans and congratulations to your family.
