Looking into a Nanny

Just in case you are interested. . . we hired a nanny through enannysource. She was completely dependable and did a great job helping our son learn (started with us when he was 9 months old). She stayed with us a year and only left because she was moving out of state. Long story short. . . I have just learned that she will be coming back to the Dallas area within the next month or so (she is nannying now and will stay with the family until they have a replacement hired). (We would take her back in a heart beat but have moved our son into a montessori program now that he is 2)

Hi A., I used an agency 8 years ago to find my nanny, but they are out of business now. I actually logged onto the site because I am trying to help my nanny find a new assignment. She has been with us since my oldest was 11 months (she is now in 4th grade). My "baby" is not in first grade and we just don't need the same level of care. She has been incredible. My girls love her like a grandma (she has already raised her kids) and she has been ultra-reliable.
