I'm looking for a good cake lady in the area who is reasonable. I know of a great cake lady in Lawrence who makes awesome sheet cakes for $25 but I'm not wanting to drive that far. Does any one know of any great cake places or ladies?

She made a fantastic Thomas the Tank engine cake for my daughters second birthday. The cake was large, but she only charged me about $25.00. I did have to order in advance and pick it up, but it was worth the effort.

I live in Gardner, and there is a place here called "It's My Party" and she actually uses a gentelman who has made cakes for people like Burt Reynolds, and President Truman, and his cakes are the BEST I have ever had. I don't know where you live, but I would refer her in a heartbeat. She has charged me any where from $25-35 for the cakes. I don't have her number with me, but I will go look it up and email it to you!!!

Give Rachel B a call...she's a mom on here too. I've seen her website and she does nice work. She's in Blue Springs, but she may meet you somewhere close or deliver for a small cost?
