Looking for Professional Photographer in Bolingbrook/Naperville/Plainfield Area

Hi Moms!

My husband and I had a destination wedding six years ago and we bought all rights from the local photographer for the pictures. We were given all the negatives so we could have prints made. These aren't normal negatives that can be printed at any camera shop, they need to go through a professional.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable and honest photographer in the Bolingbrook, Naperville or Plainfield area who might be able to process these negatives and make enlargements for us?

Thanks!

M.

I recently had professional pictures taken in Bolingbrook with Randall Studio. Their number is ###-###-#### (they are near Weber and 115th). They did an awesome job with the pictures and they are very professional... maybe they can help you with the negatives. Good Luck!

What do you mean they are not normal negatives? Any place that can develope film should be able to process negatives. I've been a freelance photographer for almost 15 years and I've never heard of "irregular" negatives that had to be taken to a specialist. Even slides can be printed at normal shops.

Hi M. - I can't help with a photographer in the area, but have you tried Wolf Camera or Ritz? They may be able to process your negatives and if they can't they may be able to refer you to someone that can.

Good luck!

Any professional lab can print any negative size 35mm 2.5x2.5 4x6 negative, transparency. Bring them to someplace like Clark Photographic's or Gamma Inc. in Chicago if they are medium or large format negatives.
Maybe the negatives aren't normal to you, but I'm sure they are to any pro lab. Both these labs have web-site so you can check pricing etc...
