I am looking for a day care center for our newborn. We would prefer to send him to an in home center and live in Allen, so the Plano/Allen/McKinney area would be nice. Please contact me if you have an opening.

A., You might check out Childtime on Hedgcoxe. They have a great infant room. Older ladies work in the room. They have been with the school 4-8 years. They used to be Gerber the baby food and were renamed Childtime.

Hi A.,

There is a NEW PLACE IN ALLEN CALLED BABYLAND it is on the corner of Allen Heights & Main Street where the shopping Center where Dominos is. Adairia there (director) is new to the area, but her place is very clean and she caters to babies! I would go check it out. I was very impressed with her facility, so you should check it out too.

There are several other facilities, but this one catered to little bitty ones.

Hi A.,
I'm located in the 121 and Coit/Independence area in Plano. I don't run a daycare but I do provide childcare in my home. I've watched a baby girl now for about a year. She's been with us since she was three months old. I only work with a few families that I've met and gotten to know. I provide transportation (to/from school) for another child as well.
I'm a former Plano ISD teacher and now sahm to my 3yr old. My husband works from home so also helps with the children's care at times.
If this is something that might fit your needs please let me know. I'd need to know what days/hours you need childcare (rates depend on hours per week).
If you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime. ____@____.com
Thank you!
Karina

I would go to this site - it is the Texas Dept of Family Services. They have a listing of all certified and registered in-home care centers. Good luck.
