Looking for a Better View

Ok, I have a shed outside my house and I can see the roof from the kitchen window where I do the dishes. So when I am doing dishes and look out the window all I can see is this roof. So I am looking for suggestions of what I could maybe put there to make a better view.
I thought a garden box but there is no way for me to get to it to take care of it.
I thought a nice bird feeder, I can figure out a way to pour seeds from the window but there is a tree next to the shed that I have seen some stray cats in the area climb and are able to get ontop of the shed.
I would love something watch like the garden growing or the birds eating.
I can reach the otherside of the roof but not the side infront of the window.
Any ideas or suggestions would be great!!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thank you, I thought I would go with the humming bird idea. Does anyone know when is a good time to put out a feeder in Wisconsin?

There is a mess of things you can do. I am just not sure of your budget and preferences.

You can make garden boxes and place them on the roof. Then you just have to squirt them with water. Depending on the room you could replace your window with a greenhouse type window.

I have a gnome I move around my yard that amuses me. Sometimes he stares at the neighbors, not sure if that amuses them. :p

My inlwas have a sock bird feeder hanging from a low tree. They flock to it. Google it and you will see what it is, it's sort of cool. Green roofs are also really cool to look at.

Maybe some chimes? Or hanging plants? Or a hummingbird feeder?

What about a cute weather vane? Like the have on top of barns... they cone in some really cute shapes/objects and would be fun to look at w/out the hassle of ever having to water/feed!

What about a green roof? Is it strong enough to support some flowers? I like the wind chime idea too.
