Houston IVF at Memorial. Dr's Hickman and McKenzie are top notch. I conceived my daughter there and was in the process of starting again but became sick. Once I'm feeling better I'm going back. I did my research and checked the CDC's website regarding all IVF clinics and found Houston IVF to have some of the highest success rates in the US. Their number is ###-###-####. Good luck!!!!

p.s. Out of pocket costs for us have been $20,000

Something you may want to consider is www.ivfvacations.com People have been travelling to the Czech Republic to do IVF for half the price and get a vacation out of it. Something to consider........

We have friends who have used Dr Hickma with Houston IVF at Memorial and they love him. We used Dr Allon at the Center for Womens Medicine near Memorial City...he is located at I-10 and Brittmore (south side of the freeway on the feeder just before the Beltway.) We were pregnant on our first try with twins! and couldnt be happier...he offers alternative aids with the IVF like Acupuncture, Nutritionist and such. Dr Allon made my dreams of having children come true so he has my vote as best doctor!! I did meet Dr Hickmans wife at Costco one day and she was incredibly nice...twins get a lot of attention! Anyway, I dont think either place you could go wrong with, but again Dr Allon gets my vote!! One of the reasons we ended up with Dr Allon when we were searching was the fact they took our insurance which at the time was United Healthcare...Houston IVF did not. Something to consider is if your insurance helps with IVF at all. Our Out of Pocket costs were $10k, with about half of it paid for by insurance...probably more like $8k. Best of luck. Oh and here is Dr Allons info...

I went to Hickman and Mackenzie at Houston IVF and I would not recommend them. Their success rates are higher because they basically "screen" the patients they will help vs helping anyone that comes thru their doors. They also are more expensive that other doctors and they are very limited on the insurance they take.

I would recommend Dr Jimmy Gill with Houston Fertility Institue. They have 4 offices in Houston. Dr Gill covers the willowbrook and woodlands office. He and his wife suffered with infertility so he can relate to his patients.
As far as the cost about $10K for the procedure and meds run $3-5K. This is full cost with no insurance coverage. These rates are lower than Houston IVF and you get discounted rates on future procedures.
