I don't use antiperspirants as a rule, but have had good luck with the salt crystals (you apply them immediately after showering and toweling off) and for a backup I use Tom's of Maine's Lemongrass deodorant stick. No marks or residue that I've found.

I like the Dove one. I've used Secret too and I don't think I've had a problem, but Dove is my favorite.

I have tried several. Most recently the Mitchum for Women Power Gel. It was a complete failure! Every one of the invisible and/or gel deodorants have failed for me. I have had to go back to using a solid. But the Secret Invisible Solid works really well. But it's not really invisible, just not as chalky as the other solids.

coconut oil
my husband uses it riding his bike to work which is 10 miles each way. He doesn't smell. I use it and very happy. It's healthy, non toxic and cheap.

I use Secret Clinical. Being invisible isn't one of the advertised features as far as I know, but it is. It also doesn't rub off on clothing.

I really like Mitchum for women, the gel. I'm careful to put it on before I get dressed and let it dry thoroughly.

I use a mixture of coconut oil, vit E, and tea tree oil. Works great. If you want to set it you can brush on a mixture of corn starch, baking soda, and crushed bay leaf.

I use Thai Crystal Deodorant. It is not an antiperspirant, and you will still sweat. So if you want an antiperspirant, this is not for you. But if you do, this will keep you from smelling! AND it does not ruin your clothes, and give any white marks, hardening of the underarms or anything. You can only find it at a health food store. Good Luck!

I have yet to try a truly "invisible" deodorant, anti-perspirant, or any combo of these. They may go on clear but once you try to remove a black dress and the skirt touches your armpit, there will be a white mark. Same if you're wearing a black shirt, sweat, and then the sweat dries...you will see a white outline of where the sweat was. I have tried Secret, Secret Clinical, Degree Clinical, Arid XX, Dove...you name it, and it's true for ALL of them. A lot of them said they were clear or invisible, and a mark was still left. I'd rather have marks than a lingering case of offensive b.o. though.
