I Need to Re-upholstery My Dining Room Chairs.

Hey C., I see you have already gotten some recommendations, but here's another. My mother has been sewing for over 30 years. We recently moved to the Irving area, and she is looking for new clients. She doesn't advertise - only works by word of mouth - so it has been a little slow for her starting over and all. She does everything from designing clothes, doing alterations, and interior design...and she does it all very well. Upholstery is her niche, though. She will not only come pick up your furniture, she will go shopping with you to help you brainstorm, pick out your favorite fabric, and get the best deal possible. She takes her job very seriously, and feel a personal responsibility for her customer's satisfaction.

I used Carlos Luna. He's a one man shop but he does great work. He picks up your furniture.

Hello Christian B- if you haven't gotten suggestions yet that you like, trying looking in the yellow pages of your phone book. When I had my bay window cushions done in California, I didn't know at first where to look until I thought of the yellow pages. I don't know about the market here in TX, but hopefully you will find a few in your area.
