We go the first week of December. It is the absolute best time to be there. Have done April, Feb and July. Would never do July again. Horrible. April. no bargain either. Feb. not so bad. Still early Dec. the best. No crowds, longest wait 30 minutes maybe. So much to see.. Light show. Horse and carriage ride around decorated camp grounds, Mickeys Christmas Party.
Was also there for Halloween. Still Dec. is the winning time.

We had fun this last weekend! We went on Saturday only stayed for 4 hours and hit the train home just as it started to pour. It was a wet ride home but fun. My daughter saw Minnie Mouse and she was soooo excited. We have yearly passes so we go often.

We've done Disney World 3 times and Disneyland once. We've had a great time every time, with only a few hairy moments here and there, nothing earth-shattering. 2 WDW trips were in Feb and not super-crowded, decent weather. And we also went this past Christmas, and actually spent Christmas Day in Magic Kingdom, and that was INSANE. However, by getting there right when they open, hitting the most popular rides first, and getting Fast Passes for the rest, we still managed to go on many, many rides, even as wait times for most of them became 2 hours or more. Get there for well before the park opens and always go in with a plan!

We went in April. We planned it right by getting fast passes for all the rides we knew we wanted to do. Then went on the other rides in between. The lines were minimum --- only 10 mins for Dumbo. But definitely need fast passes for Toy Story, Thunder mountain railroad, space mountain. My kids were exhausted and fell asleep before we even left the parking lot. We stayed off Disney property, and the hotel was nice with breakfast included and a pool with no one in it.
