I make a chocolate mousse that can be eaten as is (a mousse) or you can freeze it....

12 Medjool dates (pitted and soaked for at least 2 hours but reserve the soaking liquid)
2 small avocados
1/3 c raw cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
2 tsp grade B maple syrup

In a food processor, blend your dates with a little of the soaking liquid and maple syrup until it becomes a paste. Add remaining ingredients and blend until really smooth. Taste test for sweetness. This tastes better after it refrigerates overnight to allow the flavors to mingle. Either consume the next day or place in molds and freeze. Scrumptious!!!

1 cup of Nutella
6 Bananas

That's it. You can add cinnamon or cocoa powder if you want but it isn't needed. Throw the two ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend till very smooth. Pour into Freezer safe container (or posicle forms, I recommend small, the ones I used hold a little over 1/3 cup). Impatiently wait for it to freeze then devour.

Cant you just stick a popcicle stick in a chocolate pudding cup, cover with plastic wrap and freeze? Didn't Bill Cosby say that in an ad for Jello years and years ago? Guess I'm showing my age

Depends on how much time you want to put into making them :-)
These ones are fast and easy:
1 (3.9 oz) Package Instant Chocolate Pudding
1/2 Cup White Sugar
3 Cups Milk
1 Cup Cool Whip
Mix first 3 ingredients then fold in the cool whip. Freeze and enjoy! (The cool whip makes it creamy so dont leave it out!)

These ones take a little more time but are worth it :-)
3/4 Cup White Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
3 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa
4 Cups WHOLE Milk (Make sure its whole or it will be icey!)
In a saucepan combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick.
Cool slightly. Pour into desired molds and freeze
