Yikes! I was looking at a picture taken this weekend & I am getting a double chin. I had a baby a few months ago but have lost the weight. I am average height and my weight is in check...what can I do to get rid of my stupid double chin??

What can I do next?

I bet you were higher than the person who took the pic....

Whenever someone is sitting down and tries to take a pic of me, Im like "Oh hell no, you better stand up!"

Clench your teeth, tilt your head up, act like you're trying to get air through your lips, but keep your lips closed. That firms up the muscles under your chin.

Once you've got the muscle isolated, you can do this numbers x per day, without even needing to clench your teeth or tilt your head up.

A lot of people tend to tilt their heads up when someone is taking a picture. That is not flattering and leads to the double chin - under eye circles look, even if you don't really have a double chin or under eye circles. Whenever someone is taking a picture of you, tilt your head down and look up at the camera. Think Princess Diana - she was a master of this and was extremely photogenic simply because she always knew where the camera was and made sure she was posed accordingly!

I triple the camera angle advice. But also they have a little machine for 20 bucks that works the chin, I own it but rarely use it.
