Has anyone ever used a bug bomb? I need to because I have these HUGE black bugs that fly around...they are actually amusing to watch LOL They hit the ceiling a few times and then it's like they forget how to fly and dive bomb into something...I just hate when they land on me and I flick them across the room! LMAO I also have spiders and flies and last night I seen some fleas and ugh i'm about to go insane!! Do I have to cover everything? WHAT DO I DO?????

What can I do next?

I hear y abaout the bugs...eww..anyways we just moved here out in the country where there is all kinda bugs. We bombed and this is what we did. we put all the cabinet food in the fridge that would fit and was already opened like box stuff thats been opened. we took all our dishes and stuff and put them on our table and covered them with a big blanket. and like pillows and the kids blankets we covered too. when we came back in we washed all the dishes and wiped out the cupboards before we put the stuff back in them. also for the fleas I went down to the vet office and got this spray calledsiphotrol plus 2 premise spray. it cost me about 20 bucks but it kills all teh fleas on ur furniture and carpet and stuff. for me it was definitely worth the money. anyways I hope this helps and hope you have bugs no more

If you have animals, remove them from the house. Cover anything that has to be left out. Use newspaper or blankets. Stay out of the house for four hours (thats the usual amount it says) Anything covered will be fine but if possible, I would stick things in cabinets if you have space. Good Luck!

I have used bombs before and its easy most of them you close your house up for 3 to 4 hours remove all pets and cover anything you dont want the spray getting on! cover dishes or food left out your better off putting everything in cabinets i like to cover the funiture with a sheet or blanket but you dont have to you have to wipe everything down after and after the has is closed for 3 to 4 hours it usually tells you to go in and open windows to let the house air out for an hour make sure that you turn off your water heater this is a must the flame on the water heater needs to be off!!!!

I have used bug bombs, and yes they do work. Having said this you must be VERY careful using these where humans reside. You must follow the directions very carefully. EVERYTHING you eat with or use for food or will eat must be covered if not removed from the area. After using the bombs EVERTHING to do with eating or the will be eaten must be washed...even canned goods. Remember this is a pesticide. Your best bet if at all possible is to have your home sprayed by a professional. I had Orkin come out once when I had little ants years ago. It cost a little more but they gaurantee their work..(which means if I saw any ants they would come out and do it again for free) and the product they used was not harmful to humans or pets. You must also know that when using these bombs..you or your children cannot be in the household. It will say on the package how many hours you must vacate the premesis. Good luck!

When it comes to bombs I would take all the cushions of your furniture as well. But just make sure all of your food and dishes are put away. Other than that the bombs are really easy to use and work well you might have to do it a couple of times but it is well worth it.

We have used bug bombs several times. I usually time when we are gone....spray and then leave for a few hours. I didn't cover anything unless maybe if you had plants. But, you do have to wipe down everything once you get back. They seemed to work well, since it hits the whole room. Good luck!

i have not used a bomb personally but i do know some about them because a friend used one... you have to get all your pets and people out of the house for at least 24 hours you have to put away all foods that are normally left on the counter.... the best thing to do is call orkin or termenax..... that way they can let you know what kind of bug it is and if the bomb would even work b/c i think some bombs dont work on all bugs... good luck!
