D....I am with Karen, I have no idea what a SAM-e is but I just wanted to tell you that I have been the wife of a military man for over 40 years now and I want to thank you for the sacrifice that YOU are making for your country...as well as the sacrifice that your husband is making!!! We military wives have to be a special breed to be able to keep the home fires burning while our husbands are away for such a long time, doing such dangerous work!!!
God bless both of you!!!

(ps I am going to google SAM-e right now to see what it is...lol)

I started taking SAM-e and Black Cohosh at the same time so I don't know what to attribute to either. My biggest problem was hot flashes, mental fogginess, fatigue and I was having some problems with a knee that I felt I had injured. I don't know what is helping, but most of these problems have gotten better and I have only been on them about 2 weeks. If it's joints, my knees are much better in fact I haven't thought about them hurting for a while, so they must not be hurting anymore! I hope this helps, I was not going to post, but I wanted to see what your responses were, I was surprised to see that no one had really given you an answer, sorry I didn't have a better one!

Are you referring to the moving pods? If you are, I have one and think they are great...The service and delivery are fantastic and fast. I don't know about moving stuff...didn't do that...just had to use one to store stuff in my driveway when my father passed along because I had no where else to go with it and it was easier on me to sort through at my house then to go back and forth to a storage unit. Plus, I felt safer with it on my property than "someone else" guarding it.

I would say if you are going to use this as a way to move things you will need to be saavy about how you stack stuff as it gets loaded onto a flat bed (so it will tilt backwards significantly) and items will undoubtably shift a great deal in transport...much more than if you just loaded a U-haul.

Hi D., I know what SAM-E is, it's supposed to be a natural anti depressant right? I have been wanting to try it but haven't heard any personal experiences from people about it. The only reason I haven't tried it myself is because I take a monthly migraine med.(Relpax) for my mentrual migraines and apparently you can't mix migraine medicine with anti-depressants. So with that said, I am looking forward to any of the responses you get, good luck and hang in there with being the wife of a soldier. Good Job!
Thanks, M.

Have been taking it for about 3 months. Started taking it for mild depression. It has helped a lot. Still feel a little under the weather some times but way better than before taking it.
