On North Star in Richardson there is a new peds office opening. The peds listed are Julie Poole, Joann Andrews, Reese Mathieu, and Richard Daniel. Has anyone ever used any one of these peds?

I haven't been to North Star, but I used to work at Richardson Regional Medical Center, and Dr. Mathieu had priveleges there, and I have heard great things about him!

Yes, we use Dr. Mathieu. He is WONDERFUL and very caring! They are moving their office to North Richardson, but we will still be going to him. His staff is also very caring, and they will get you in if your child is sick. Hope this helps!
I took my daughter to see Dr. Daniel when she was one week old in 1999. I drove her from Wylie to Glenville in Richardson to see him. Am so excited to see him move close. He is wonderful, compassionate and loving to my daughter. My daughter, my husband, and I love him and his staff. Nurse Debbie is great!!!! She has a wonderful sense of humor that entertains me as well as my daughter. We also love the folks who answer the phone. My friend, who moved to Houston two summers, ago still makes the drive to bring her two daughters for their annual checkup. They've yet to find a better ped. locally.
Yes. Dr. Daniel has been Olivia's ped since she was about 3 mos. He's really great and I've been really happy with him.
HI Melissa, no we haven't but if you don't mind driving to Presb. Plano we go to Dr. Mobley (Ped. assocs of Plano) We LOVE him! He has 3 children and has been voted favorite Ped. He has the best bed side manner and so does his staff. We have also seen his assocs and love them as well! You will not regret it! They are wonderful! BLessings, J.

I have worked for a Pedi group in Plano for 14 years, take all4 of my kiddos there- LOVE 'em!

Dr. Mathieu was a wonderful ped. until he misdiagnosed my son's condition of severe dehydration. The next day after seeing Dr. Mathieu, we were in the emergency room with my 5 yr old son getting IV's for 6 hours. This was over 7 yrs ago, so hopefully he is more careful with his patients.
We have been going to Dr. Daniel with both of our kids since they were born and love him and his office staff! We have also seen Dr. Mathieu when he has filled in for Dr. Daniel when his office was closed (for vacations). He was also very good (but we still prefer Dr. Daniel).
