Try Etsy they have some very talented people who will customize one for you and provide the proof for around 8 dollars.

You may want to make cards like the kind you envision. Try websites like snapfish or shutterfly, you may be able to create what you are looking for.

I do some cards so let me know what you thinking and perhaps I can help you.

Vistaprint.com is my answer for all cards and invitations! Very inexpensive, nice cards, and slow shipping ships within a week (even though they say 21 days). LOVE THEM!!!

try http://www.sendoutcards.com/35398 I use this for all my business as well as my christmas letter/card I just sent out. It cost about $1.62 per card including postage and it was a tri-fold card with 10 pics of our family as well as a letter from us. "normal" cards including postage cost less than $1 each so it's less than most other places although there is a cost to get started. It really depends on how many cards you send. good luck!!!

you should check out the photo dept. of the costco, walmart, and walgreens. You can look at stuff on line - I am going to do a little postcard calendar with a family photo as a "Happy New Year" card.....they have the calendars at walmart.com in the photo area.
