You just described my church! It is called Compass church, and we meet in an old building in downtown Compass off of Main St. and 18th right next to Wells Fargo. The church is about 4 years old, and it comprised mostly of young families and couples, we felt at home and comfortable on our first visit. They serve coffee and snacks every Sunday morning and we have two Sunday morning services (9:30 and 11:00) and will soon be adding a third. It is a smaller building that an older church is letting us use. The childcare is down in the basement and we meet on the main floor. Let me know if you have any more questions!

Try Living Hope Church ~ Brush Prairie campus. I would describe it as exactly what you are looking for from your description. They have several different service times. My family and I have really enjoyed going to this church. The pastor, John Bishop is not only a great speaker but very fun to listen to. They also have a lot of young families as members.
Hope this helps!
